This service relays calls between a person using a TTY or other assistive devices and any other telephone user within the state. The service also allows a person without a TTY to call a TTY user. If your organization is a state agency or political subdivision, your organization may qualify for billing treatment under the Texas Prompt Payment Act. Totelcom Communications requests that you identify yourself as eligible for Texas Prompt Payment Act billing treatment.
